Welcome to Veer SMM ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Services Description

Veer SMM is a social media marketing (SMM) reseller panel. We do not own the social media platforms whose services we resell (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). We source delivery through verified third-party providers via API.

We do not guarantee specific results such as increased engagement, followers remaining permanently, or any business outcome. Delivery times vary by service.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance to your panel balance.
• We accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
• Balance in your account is non-transferable and non-refundable as cash unless explicitly agreed by us.
• Deposits are credited after manual verification of the UTR/reference number.
• We reserve the right to reject any deposit if the payment cannot be verified.

5. Order Placement & Delivery

• You are responsible for providing the correct link/URL when placing an order.
• Orders placed with incorrect links cannot be refunded once delivered.
• Do not place orders on private or restricted profiles — they will fail.
• Delivery times are estimates only. Some orders may take 24–72 hours.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged by providers as suspicious.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any activity that violates the terms of service of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.
• Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or any criminal activity.
• Spam, botnets, or fraudulent activity.
• Reselling our services without a reseller agreement.
• Attempting to hack, bypass, or exploit our system.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Refunds

Refund policy details are provided in our Refund Policy. In summary:

• If an order fails, your balance is auto-refunded.
• Partial deliveries are charged only for the delivered portion.
• Deposits are non-refundable as cash unless required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veer SMM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 30 days.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to abuse our platform. Unused balance may be forfeited in cases of abuse.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
